“Based on recent trading and revised projections of the company and group the directors have assessed the company's ability to meet its liabilities as they fall due. Following the acquisition of Optimity Holdings Limited by Vorboss Limited as per the events after the reporting date note to these financial statements, all group bank debt was repaid in full. Furthermore Fem Trading Limited, a parent company as at the date of approval for these financial statements, will continue to support the operations of the company and group for a period of at least 12 months from the date on which the financial statements are approved. The directors will continue to monitor the situation and take any necessary actions. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
