“As stated within the directors' report on page 5, in assessing the going concern status of the Private Company, the directors have considered the uncertainties presented by the current socioeconomic issues and outlook. The Private Company receives primarily all of its turnover from its ultimate controlling party, who has provided a letter of support surrounding its willingness and ability to provide advances to meet capital requirements should the need arise. Both the Private Company and the Parent have adequate financial resources and as a consequence, the directors believe that both the Private Company and the Parent are well placed to manage its business risks successfully despite the current uncertain economic outlook.”
