“The directors have reviewed the current financial performance and position of the company, as well as, whether there are events or conditions that could have a material adverse impact on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for the period up to 31 December 2026. The directors believe that the company's position indicates that it has adequate resources to meet its liabilities for the foreseeable future as they fall due.
