“After making enquiries, including review of forecast profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow for the period of twelve months following the approval of these financial statements, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that, despite uncertain market conditions the Company has adequate financial resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. In ensuring that the Company has sufficient liquid resources to meet its liabilities as they fall due the Directors have taken account of the support that can be provided by its parent company, First Command Financial Services Inc. ("FCFS"), and this support has been confirmed in writing by the executive officers of the parent company. Accordingly, the Directors of the Company have adopted the going concern basis in preparing the annual financial statements.”
