“After reviewing funding available for operating costs, and assessing the long term effect of the COVID-19 pandemic and recent macro-economic forces highlighted in the Strategic Report on the Company's operations, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of this report. Accordingly, the Directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the annual report and accounts.”
