“The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis, which the director believes to be appropriate for the reasons outlined below. Taking into account trading performance, the Company's forecast and projections enable the director to be confident that the Company can operate within its bank facilities currently in place. Jungheinrich AG, the ultimate parent company, has allocated group banking facilities for Jungheinrich Financial Services Limited, which the director believes would provide sufficient support in the absence of any other bank facilities. The Company maintains a healthy financial position with net assets of £31,106k as at 31 December 2024 (2023: £29,210k), having made a profit after tax for the year then ended of £1,896k (2023: £2,226k) and a cash balance of £6,158k as at 31 December 2024 (2023: £8,314k).”
