“The company's director has received written assurances regarding the continuation of financial support from the company's parent undertaking for the foreseeable future, being a period of at least twelve months from the date the financial statements were approved. The director has reviewed the financial position and forecasts of the parent company and believes that it is highly probable that Tech Soft 3D, Inc. will be able to provide the support required for the company to continue operations. The director has continued to adopt the going concern basis accordingly.”
