“The directors have carefully considered the impact of the macroeconomic uncertainties and the conflict in Ukraine on the group's financial position, liquidity and future performance. As set out in the strategic report, the group has continued to trade strongly throughout this year and the directors believe that it is experiencing good levels of sales growth and profitability. Therefore, the directors believe that the group is well placed to manage its business risks successfully. Accordingly, they have a reasonable expectation that the group has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. They have concluded that there are no material uncertainties related to events or conditions that may cast significant doubt on the ability of the group to continue as a going concern.”
