“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least the next 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. The company is a subsidiary of WPP plc and is therefore subject to the overall WPP plc financing arrangements. The company has received a letter of support from WPP Jubilee Limited, an intermediate parent entity, to provide adequate financial support to the company for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of this financial report to enable the company to meet its debts as and when they fall due. The Directors therefore continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
