“The Company seeks to manage financial risk by ensuring sufficient liquidity is available to foreseeable needs. Liquidity is monitored regularly on a Group basis by reference to forecasts and available facilities. As a result of the above and having net current liabilities of £707k (2024: net current liabilities £427k) at the end of the financial year the directors have reviewed forecasts for the next 18 months and have considered the willingness and ability of the parent to provide support. The group does not believe that there are any material uncertainties which cast significant doubt on the ability of the Company to continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the annual financial statements.”
