Going concern
Affirmed

“These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis. The directors have a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future despite the loss for the financial year of £2,219,430 and the balance sheet being in a net liability position at the year end of £3,221,692. However, during Q2 2025 Embed received capital contribution in cash for new shares of £5.2M. Embed used this cash to fully repay the loan payable to Littelfuse Netherlands B.V. As from that date Embed has positive equity, sufficient cash to pay all due payables as they come.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-12-31 vs 2023-12-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
