• “In April 2025, Child Dynamix acquired the Rainbow Nursery and Rainbow Pre-School settings expanding our childcare offer across the city of Hull. Both settings were established in their communities and a team of 21 staff were transferred under TUPE.”
• “Across April 2024 - March 2025, there were 429 children on roll across our nurseries. Of those 429 children, 32 were receiving additional support funding, with a further 59 children experiencing some other learning difficulty or development delay.”
