• “On 20 September 2022, a further settlement deed was signed in relation to the Construction Contract for the build of the Churchill Hospital. The deed settled the constructor's liability for certain alleged defects in the hospital build in return for a payment of £5,000,000. The settlement payment was received in full on 2 November 2022.”
• “The Trust have, both prior to the year end and subsequently, withheld payments to the company in relation to the energy procurement provisions of the Project Agreement, and alleged historical service failures. These withholdings are being disputed by the company, and any financial outflow that does result in respect of these matters is expected to be recoverable in full from the company's subcontractor.”
• “On 28 October 2025, Impregilo International Infrastructure N.V., a 40% shareholder of Ochre Solutions (Holdings) Limited, was merged into its wholly owned parent company, Webuild Concessions S.p.A. As a result, Impregilo International Infrastructure N.V.'s shareholding of 40% in Ochre Solutions (Holdings) Limited was transferred to Webuild Concessions S.p.A.
