Affirmed

“After reviewing the company's forecasts and projections, which cover the 12-month period from the date of signing the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. These forecasts and projections have considered a downside scenario in contracts awarded however, management have also identified mitigating actions that could be taken to ensure that the company has sufficient funds to meet liabilities as they fall due over the next 12 months. At the balance sheet date, the company had £3,079k in cash. Management are confident that the cash requirements of the business will be met throughout the outlook period. The company therefore continues to adopt the going concern basis in preparing its financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2023 → FY2024 · period ending 2024-11-30 vs 2023-11-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
