Aesop UK Limited is now responsible for all Head Office related cost of the global business, in line with the AFfaire Produit - Brand Business Unit (AFP) agreement signed on 6 December 2023.”
• “On 6 December 2023, the company acquired the rights from Emeis Cosmetics Pty Ltd to distribute, market and sell all products manufactured and/or sold under the Aesop brand globally.”
• “In February 2025, there was change in the supply chain flow servicing all EU Aesop entities. As of 1 February 2025, Aesop Netherlands replaced Aesop UK as the EU regional distributor. Inventory held by Aesop UK was sold to Aesop Netherlands at historical value.”
