As a result, BCI is now the ultimate parent undertaking and controlling party. BCI is a statutory corporation incorporated under section 16 of the Public Section Pension Plans Act and is domiciled in Canada. As at 19 June 2025, the shares of BBGI Global Infrastructure S.A. were delisted from the London Stock Exchange.”
