“The directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis. This is supported by the preparation of annual forecasts covering 24 months post period end. Forecasts have been prepared based on both expected projected growth and also based on a worst case scenario of a contraction in business. After carrying out the detailed forecasting exercise, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for a period of 12 months from the date of approving the financial statements.”
