  Material uncertainty over going concern

  The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which is dependent on the continuing support of the ultimate parent company. The parent company, SymphonyAI LLC has indicated its commitment to continue to provide financial support for a period of no less than 12 months from the date of the signing of the accounts, on this basis the directors consider it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. In the latest consolidated financial statements signed off for the parent company, SymphonyAI LLC has incurred a net loss and negative cash flows for the financial year ended 31 December 2023, but has prepared its business plan which considers increases in revenue and operational efficiency to improve operating cash flows and maintain compliance with banking covenants. In the event the business plan does not provide the necessary funds to enable compliance with the covenants, the wider SAI Group has agreed to provide unconditional financial support to SymphonyAl LLC itself to help the parent company meet its future obligations until at least 30 June 2026. These matters indicate the existence of a material uncertainty in respect of the going concern assessment for EYC Limited that may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern, and that the company may, as a consequence, be unable to realise its assets and discharge its liabilities in the normal course of business.
