• “Exceptional costs were incurred in FY25 related to a fire that destroyed one of the picking stations which led to severe disruptions to processing capability affecting our commercial offering to clients and increased our disposal costs causing a significant reduction in profit. The project to restore the plant was completed at end April 2025 and was covered by insurance.”
