“At the year-end, the company has a net current liability of £338,556 (2024: 309,862) and a deficiency in reserves of £245,192 (2024: £202,685). In accordance with his responsibilities, the director has considered the appropriateness of the going concern basis for the preparation of the financial statements. For this basis he has reviewed the financial and cash flow projections for the next 12 months from the date of the approval of the financial statements. The Director notes that should the company have insufficient working capital, the parent company will provide support to ensure that the company meets its financial obligations. On the basis of this, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements. These financial statements are prepared on the going concern basis.”
