“The directors have reviewed the forecast income, expenditure and cash flows for a period of at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which indicate, taking account of severe but plausible downsides, that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements and thus meet its liabilities as they fall due.
