“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the director's use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

• “Operationally, 2024 was easier than 2023 as there was less disruption to the supply chains. We did see a fall in volumes which can be attributed to the return to normal trading levels after the end of covid, a result of the reduced volumes is that the marketplace has become more competitive.”
• “I believe that our Turnover/Profit will fall in 2025 partly due to a downturn in Trade and due to some accounts being lost. In general, all sectors of the economy have seen a downturn but specifically in the import of Timber and Building Materials which is an area we are particularly involved in.”
