Whilst the Company remains dependent on a single source of revenue from an affiliate entity, the director is not aware of any reason that this agreement will be terminated in the foreseeable future, being a period of at least 12 months from the date these financial statements are approved. The director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence and meet its liabilities as they fall due for the foreseeable future.
