• “During the majority of the year, the group sought to invest in and expand the range of selling platforms on which goods were sold. A strategic decision was made by the directors to engage third party consultants to support the group through the initial stages of this venture, and the support ceased once the company had been established on the selling platforms and a selling policy implemented. These costs are included as exceptional costs within the Financial Statements, reflecting the one-off nature of the expenditure incurred.”
• “On 16 September 2024, the group sold all shares held in Imperial Midlands Limited and Hilton Pharmacy Ltd following a review by the directors of the operations of the group. The resulting disposal resulted in an accounting loss which is included on the group Profit and Loss Account and has resulted in a net loss for the group for the year ended 28 February 2025.. The directors note that this is a one-off transaction undertaken by the group, which does not have any impact on the underlying trading results of the group, and there will be no future impact to the trading results of the group as a result.”
