Due to ongoing US sanctions on the Republic of Iran, heightened geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, the Iran Israel war, and the recent change in the US administration, the Bank continues to face significant challenges in maintaining suitable correspondent banking relationships and clearing services. These events and conditions create material uncertainties that may cast significant doubt on the Bank's ability to continue as a going concern. Our opinion is not modified in respect of this matter”
