“At the time of approving the financial statements, the directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”

• “The business profitability has seen an increase from the previous year, however two homes still continue to show a loss, Braeside is showing a small loss of approx. £12,000 due to the fact that the homes occupancy went into recovery part way through the year.”
• “Roche Abbey is making a higher loss, this has been due to a number of factors including lack of staffing, high cost of living and low occupancy.”
• “The company employed an area manager in August 2023, this has provided greater support to managers and she is driving the occupancy of the homes in Rochdale homes due to longstanding relations with Rochdale Commissioning.”
