“The company has made a loss of $5,807,831 for the year ended 31 March 2025 and at this date its current liabilities exceeded its current assets by $17,752,921. In preparing the financial statements, the directors have taken into account the current market position and future prospects of the company, together with the on-going undertaking from its ultimate parent company to continue to provide adequate financial support to enable the company to continue its operations for the foreseeable future and have issued a letter of support. Accordingly, the directors believe the going concern basis to be appropriate.”
