“The Directors consider it appropriate to continue adopting the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements as, being a holding company, the Company is dependent for the payment of the interest due on their inter company loans on the dividend income received from their trading subsidiaries, and the sensitised forecast prepared by their trading subsidiaries show that despite the ongoing Ukrainian war and the Middle East conflict, recent energy cost increases, interest rate increases and the affect of the cost of living crisis and increased staffing costs, they continue to and are forecasting to trade ahead of their pre-Covid levels.”
