“The Group performed a going concern assessment, which considered the financial resilience of the Group and Company, taking into account its current financial position, and the principal and emerging risks facing the business and the potential implications on financial performance. In making their assessment of the appropriateness of adopting the going concern basis of accounting, the Directors have reviewed several stressed case scenarios and the impact on assets under management, profitability, liquidity, and regulatory capital. After analysing these factors and considering all the evidence the Group has concluded there is no substantial doubt about TRPIL's ability to continue as a going concern for the 12-months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
