“Lindsell Train Limited operates in a global market, impacted by changing market dynamics and economic uncertainty. Inflation rates and continuing geopolitical issues may significantly affect earnings in any given period. Whilst the Company's future AUM and profits will be affected by these market shifts together with its relative investment performance track record, the Board has considered the current cash position of the Company and its cash flow forecasts and remains confident that the Company will be able to meet its ongoing obligations as they arise for at least the next twelve months from the date of approval of the financial statements. As a result, the directors continue to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis.”
