- Affirmed
“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. Thus the director continues to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
Significant events
- “Group turnover increased 10% from £75.4m to £83.1m, driven by both an increase in existing client projects and the successful acquisition of new strategic accounts. This was demonstrated by the addition of 51 new client wins contributing to £2.3m of revenue in year. This topline growth also meant back orders remained strong increasing £1m from the previous year to £48m. The highest they've been to date and significant as it contributes to both short and medium term business stability. Furthermore, recuring revenues also jumped 13% from £35.4m to £40m representing 48% of total turnover. In addition to top line growth Cisilion posted an increase in EBITDA of 30%, rising from £2.09m in FY24 to £2.7m in FY25.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
