“The directors have assessed whether the use of the going concern assumption is appropriate... directors consider that there are no material uncertainties about the company's ability to continue as a going concern for 12 months from the date of the signing of these financial statements. Directors have a reasonable expectation that the company has adequate resources to continue its activities.The financial statements are prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the company will continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The company has achieved significant year-on-year growth with the turnover increase achieved in 2024-25 amounting to £1.9 million (12%) and the operating profit increase totalling £945k (18%). The directors have prepared forecasts based on a range of scenarios and are projecting further increases in turnover and gross profit over future financial years. The directors have also received assurances from the Trustees of the Imperial War Museum that they will continue to provide financial support to the company to the extent that it is in their interests to do so. Consequently, the directors are satisfied that the company will continue to meet its liabilities to external creditors as they fall due for a period of at least twelve months from the date of approval of these financial statements. Accordingly the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis in the preparation of the financial statements.”
