“At the time of approving the financial statements, the director has a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate support to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Company is reliant on the continued support of Mannatech, Incorporated (the ultimate parent undertaking) and has been provided with a letter of support. This letter states that Mannatech, Incorporated can and will act as a treasury function to Mannatech Limited and will provide sufficient liquidity to allow the company to meet its obligations as they fall due. This treasury service and liquidity support will apply for the foreseeable future for a minimum of twelve months from the date of approval of these accounts. The director believes the Company will continue to be a going concern and these financial statements are accordingly prepared on the going concern basis.”
