“The directors have prepared the financial statements on a going concern basis. The Company is in a net current asset and net asset position and the underlying trading of the Company will continue to be profitable going forward. Additionally, the Company has long-term relationships with a number of customers and suppliers across different geographic areas. The ultimate parent company Star Intermediate Holdings, Inc., has assured the directors of the provision of financial support if required, in the form of a letter of support for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the accounts. The directors have also assessed that Star Intermediate Holdings, Inc. has sufficient funds to support the Company as required. Accordingly, the accompanying financial statements have been prepared on the assumption that the Company will continue as a going concern.”
