The ultimate parent compay, Senad Group Limited, has confirmed that they will continue to provide financial support to the company for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements, The directors have prepared group forecasts including cash flow forecasts, for a period of not less than 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements which, taking into consideration the current environment, show that the group is expected to remain profitable and generate positive cash flows giving the group the ability to continue to operate for the foreseeable future. Accordingly, the directors of the company believe that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis in preparing the financial statements.”
