“The Company is reliant for its working capital on funds provided to it by its parent company, which has provided the Company with an undertaking that it will, for at least 12 months from the date of the approval of these financial statements, continue to make available such funds as are needed by the Company and in particular will not seek repayment of the amounts currently made available. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
