“The company has made a profit during the year and has a positive cash position at the year end. At the time of signing these accounts, the directors have prepared forecasts based on future trading expectations, and consider that this does indicate that the company will continue to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these accounts. On that basis, the directors have prepared these financial statements on a going concern basis.”

• “In 2025 we have continued to face macro-economic challenges, including an essentially flat UK economy, but we remain the most profitable company in our space, and the changes we have made to the business leave us confident for 2026. Whilst there has been some recovery in the market this year, customers continue to be cautious, holding onto cash and minimising discretionary spend. Increasing pressure on component availability and price deflation have presented challenges and will continue to do so in 2026. Nonetheless, our results for the year have been particularly pleasing, we have performed above target, and we continue to outperform the market. We remain focussed on efficiency and reducing costs and are exploring opportunities to profitably diversify the business and create the building blocks for an equally strong 2026.”
