“After making enquiries, the Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The Directors have undertaken a review of the future financing requirements for the ongoing operation of the Company and are satisfied that sufficient cash facilities are secured to meet its working capital requirement for at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”
