- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In assessing the appropriateness of the going concern assumption, the Directors have reviewed detailed profit and loss and cash flow forecasts considering reasonably foreseeable potential scenarios and uncertainties in relation to income and expenditure for a period of at least 12 months from the sign off of these financial statements. The Company continues to trade and has met all liability payments as they fall due and the directors have concluded that there are no circumstances that give rise to a material uncertainty in relation to going concern and as such have deemed it appropriate for the financial statements to be prepared on the going concern basis.”
Significant events
- “2025 saw a continuation of economic uncertainty deriving from rising inflation, supply chain delays and general market instabilities. This was partly offset by an improved position on sterling which improved product margins.”
- “Growth was achieved in 2025 through strengthening the relationship with existing customers and opening up new customers in new markets and channels.”
- “During 2026, the Company expects economic uncertainty to continue impacting on energy prices and creating potential issues in the supply chain.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
