Going concern
Affirmed

“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The company has net current liabilities. The company's ability to operate as a going concern is assessed in conjunction with EVT Limited, the ultimate controlling party, as its ability to continue as a going concern is dependent upon the ability of the group to supply intercompany balances with the company and to provide further funds for working capital needs. EVT Limited has confirmed that, whilst it remains the ultimate parent entity, it will continue to provide such funding as the company may need to support its normal business operations and financial obligations without any significant curtailment to its operations for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing these financial statements.”

Year-on-year

FY2024 → FY2025 · period ending 2025-06-30 vs 2024-06-30

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
