- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the group's and the parent company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”

Significant events
- “The year to 30 June 2025 continued to build on the strong growth from the previous two years, mainly in export markets. The group continues to actively expand the product range and sales area, investing in marketing, trade shows and travelling to overseas markets. Results for the financial period were in line with the group's projections with turnover decreasing from £19.6m to £18.7m. Overheads also increased in the period, however the gross profit margin remained at 19.7% (2024: 19.7%) and net profit margin decreased to 3.7% (2024: 4.4%).”
- “The group works extremely closely with a relatively small number of suppliers, and needs to maintain a constant drive to bring new machines to market.”
- “The withdrawal of the UK from the EU has been judged to have an adverse effect on future pricing of goods and the volatility of sterling, and is expected to cause increased administrative costs related to import and export regulations.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
