“The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which the directors consider to be appropriate for the following reasons. The Company is part of a group of companies headed by Gowrie Holdings Limited. The Company is a guarantor company, along with Laxmico Limited, both majority-controlled subsidiaries of Gowrie Holdings Limited, for the borrowing facilities provided to those group companies involved in the importation and distribution of pharmaceutical products to independent pharmacies (the "Bank Guarantor Group").”
