“In preparing the financial statements, the directors consider it appropriate to continue to use the going concern assumption, which assumes that the Company will have sufficient resources to enable it to meet its liabilities as they fall due. There were no significant changes in the Company's principal activity during the financial year 2025 and the directors are not aware at the date of this report of any likely major changes in either the nature or level of the Company's activities in the next year. The Company is in a strong financial position. After making inquiries, the directors believe the Company has adequate financial resources to continue operating for the foreseeable future.”
