- Going concern
- Affirmed
“In auditing the financial statements, we have concluded that the Directors' use of the going concern basis of accounting in the preparation of the financial statements is appropriate. Based on the work we have performed, we have not identified any material uncertainties relating to events or conditions that, individually or collectively, may cast significant doubt on the Company's ability to continue as a going concern for a period of at least twelve months from when the financial statements are authorised for issue.”
Significant events
- “During the year, the directors identified a presentational error in the accounting for the provision of contract costs in the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024. As a result, provisions and retentions due from customers were each increased by £385,643. This reclassification had no impact on net assets. The movement in the provision has also been reclassified from turnover to cost of sales. Turnover has decreased by £207,885 to £17,409,232 (previously stated: £17,617,117), with a corresponding decrease in cost of sales which have decreased to £13,922,413 (previously stated: £14,130,298). This adjustment had no impact on profit for the year.”

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
