“In assessing the going-concern position of the group for the year ended 31 December 2025, the directors have considered the cash requirements of the group and company, taking into account current economic circumstances and the impact on the group's cash flows, liquidity and business activities. ... Notwithstanding net current liabilities of £15.3m as at 31 December 2025 (£24.1m as at 31 December 2024), based on the group's forecasts, the directors have adopted the going concern basis in preparing these financial statements. The directors have made this assessment after consideration of the group's cash flows for 2026 and 2027, and related assumptions.”
