Going concern
Affirmed

“In determining the appropriate basis of preparation of the financial statement for the year ended 31 December 2024, the directors are required to consider whether the company can continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. The board has concluded that it is appropriate to adopt the going concern basis, having undertaken an updated assessment of the viability of the business model that the company has established. This assessment takes account of the company's financial forecasts including the mitigating actions within the control of the directors. The large Group creditor which financed the acquisition of PBI in the year has resulted in the company being in a net current liabilities position at year end. We have obtained a letter of support from the lender to confirm that they will provide resources where necessary, should the company require it.”

Year-on-year

FY2022 → FY2023 · period ending 2023-12-31 vs 2022-08-31

Each % is (latest − prior) ÷ |prior| for the line item as filed. Periods don't have to be exactly 12 months apart — a long or short period (typical around incorporation or year-end changes) will distort the comparison. Lines a company doesn't report are omitted. About these numbers
