“In assessing the Company's ability to continue as a going concern, the Directors considered the impact of ongoing global geopolitical uncertainty, particularly the resulting increase in input and energy costs. This assessment has taken into account the Company's forecast performance, including the continued demand for its current product portfolio, the availability of financial resources, and the wider Celli Group's commitment to supporting operations in the United Kingdom. Accordingly, the financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The Directors have a reasonable expectation that the Company has adequate resources to continue in operational existence for at least 12 months from the date of approval of these financial statements.”
