“The director considers it is appropriate to prepare the financial statements on a going concern basis. The director has evaluated the Company's business activities, financial resources and risks in the foreseeable future and believes that the Company has sufficient cash reserves to continue its operation. In addition, the director is not aware of any material uncertainties that may cause insolvency or liquidation for at least 12 months from the date of signing the financial statements. Therefore, we continue to adopt the going concern basis in preparation of the financial statements.”
