“The company meets its day to day requirements through loans from fellow subsidiaries within the RPM Group. These fellow subsidiaries will continue to financially support the company for its working capital requirements until such time that the company is able to pay its own obligations in the ordinary course of business. Furthemore, the company's forecasts and projections, taking account of reasonably possible changes in trading performance, show that the company should be able to operate within the level of facilities currently available to it. The company's directors therefore have a reasonable expectation that the company will be able to continue in operational existence for the forseeable future. Thus, the directors continue to adopt the going concern basis of accounting in preparing the financial statements.”
