“The financial statements have been prepared on the going concern basis as the Directors have prepared detailed budgets for a period of at least 12 months from the date of signing the accounts which show that the Group is able to meet all its liabilities as they fall due. The Group acknowledge that there is a high level of uncertainty in the world due to the changes in the US administration and heightened global conflicts, and therefore the Directors have produced a detailed going concern assessment for Bell Group for which further detail is given within note 2.4 to the financial statements. Having completed this the Directors are confident of being able to trade for a period of at least 12 months from the approval of the financial statements.”
